Alvin Slaughter was born on August 9, 1972, to Steve and Lucy Kirt. He departed from us and entered eternal rest from a tragic motorcycle accident on July 3, 2021. Alvin, affectionately known as “Flav” was a devoted son, brother, father, cousin, and friend. He was loved by many and his memories will live on through the hearts and minds of those who knew him. He is preceded in death by two brothers, Steven and Jerome Kirt. Alvin leaves to cherish loving memories, four daughters: Loquasious (Antonio) Carter and Kiasha Webster, both of Montgomery, Al; Marisa Blue and Amillion Slaughter both of Waterbury, CT; three sons: Raekwon Tillman of Lacrosse, WI, Tylon Slaughter of Wetumpka, Al and Armani Felton of Montgomery, Ala. A loving mother and father, Steve and Lucy Kirt; three sisters: Gwen F. Harris, Felecia Slaughter, and De’Asia Kirt all of Wetumpka, AL. Six brothers: Bernard (Dawanda) Foster, Chris (Lisa) Foster both of Montgomery, AL, Tony Wayne Slaughter of Birmingham, AL, Kenneth Slaughter, Derrick Slaughter, Alphonso (Shareika) Kirt all of Wetumpka, AL. Five loving grandchildren: JaDerrian, JaLiyah, Jayce, Jordyn, JaKarson Tyes (bonus grands) Ja’Karri and Kamari Johnson; one uncle Bobby (Georgia Ann) Lewis; two aunts: Barbara Lovejoy and Georgia Mae Collins. A special friend, Latarsha Tyes, and special brothers: Zachary” Lee” Foster, Al “Raw” Lewis, Lorenzo “Pman” Harris, Bernard “Crazy Nard” Davis, Edward “Skinner” Bell, David “Supa” Perkins, L. D. Milner, Michael McCall, Maurice Young, Bernard “Y2DA” Foster, The Black Kings and Hell Lovers MC; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins that loved him dearly.
