Mrs. Mary Ruth Elmore (affectionately called “Mama”, “Granny”, “Mae Ruth”, and “Aunt Ruth”) was born August 8, 1934, in Elmore, Alabama. Her parents, the late David C Terry and Mittie Terry proceeded her in death. She confessed to Christ at an early age and was a member of Springfield Missionary Baptist when she went to be with the Lord. Mary leaves to cherish her memories: son, Edward Darnell, daughters, Roneta Elmore and Frizetta Alicia Elmore, both of Wetumpka, AL, and son, Hosea Elmore of Montgomery, AL. Brothers, John Douglas Terry of Morristown, NJ and Larry Wayne Ferrell, of Montgomery, AL, and beloved sisters Louiza Graves, Dave Anna Ashley, Bobbye Jean Young, and Rose Ellen Young, all proceeded her in death. Thirty-four grandchildren: Yolanda Little, Diane (Charles) Dewhart, David (Chrissy) Elmore, Wetumpka, AL Shundria (Terence) Walker, San Diego, CA, Rebecca and Santina Brown, Eclectic, AL, LaRon Crawford, Cleveland, OH, Marcellous (Jamie) Tillman, Las Vegas, NV, Tremayne Elmore, Wetumpka, AL, LaTonya (Terry) Porterfield, Elmore, AL, Detra (Cedric) Dennis, and Alonzetta (Marcus)Duncan, Wetumpka, AL, Gregory Jackson, Richard (Latishia) Elmore, Kevin Elmore, and Ashley Elmore, Wetumpka, AL, Amber (Quanti) King, New Port News, VA, Damian Elmore, Montgomery, AL, Bermonte (Ashley) Floyd St. Mary, GA, Fadedrick Wright, Montgomery, AL, LaDhezia (Christian) Gregg, Alaska, Shakavia Seals, Beyance’ and Bertrand Elmore, Jr., Chloe Elmore, Jada Elmore, Manyara Seals, and Ayana Seals, Georgianna, AL.
