Mr. Winford Earl Cain was born on June 24, 1964 in Elmore County Alabama to the late Ethel May and Eddie Louis Cain. He was the fourth child of six with one brother, Eddie Darnell Cain, preceding him in death.
Winford confessed Christ at an early age and joined Liberty Hill Baptist Church. He graduated from Wetumpka High school in 1982. He was proudly the first black boy scout of Elmore County. Winford worked at Dan River Mills and Russell Athletics as a knitter until his health failed and he became disabled.
He leaves to cherish lifelong memories to his daughter, Jasmine Kinyana Cain; six sisters: Catherine Jackson, Patricia A. Means, Mashunda L. Cain all of Wetumpka, Alabama, Angela (Timothy) Todd of Montgomery, Alabama, Marsha Glasper of Boston, Massachusetts and Yolanda (Walter) Reed of Charlotte,
North Carolina; two brothers: Hosea A. Cain of Montgomery, Alabama and Johnny Glasper of Boston, Massachusetts; five nieces: Kesha (James) Katoya, Brittney, Amiah and Quimyah; five nephews: Kevious (Becky) Ikeem (Monica), Maalik, Ian, Maurice and a host of great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and close friends. A devoted close friend Murrey Johnston.
